Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping rates for products on this site are $12.95. Orders over $75 always ship free.

Alaska, Hawaii and other territories..

Customers who do NOT live in the contiguous U.S.A. including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands and others, please contact us first before you order. We will give you an exact quote for your shipping rate.

International Shipping

If you live in a foreign country, contact us to request a shipping quote and someone will respond to your request. Make sure to include the model number for the game or game piece you want so we can send you an accurate quote. All international shipping rates include insurance.

When will my product ship out?

Products ship out the same day if your order comes in before 10AM Pacific Time. Otherwise, it will ship out the next day. If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship out on Monday.

Holidays

Please keep in mind that there is the possibility that your item may arrive late due to the high volume of mail during the holidays. If we receive your order on the exact day of a holiday, it may take 1 or 2 extra days to ship your order. Moreover, even if you order comes in on any day during the holiday season but not on the exact holiday, it might still take a few more days for your item to arrive. The winter holiday seasons can be a busy time for everybody, but regardless of seasonal changes, your item will ship out as soon as possible. Please make sure to anticipate a possible delay in the arrival if your item if it is intended as a gift.

Shipping Method

Orders ship out through the United States Postal Service (USPS). The time it will take for you to receive your order depends upon where you live. Standard Ground Delivery for our products using the regular U.S. Mail will arrive within 3 to 10 business days from the ship date to most American cities. After you place your order, you will receive an invoice confirmation from PayPal containing the details of your order. You will also receive a confirmation with us with information including your tracking number and the approximate arrival date of your item.

What happens right after I place my order?..

You will receive confirmation of your order from PayPal, as well as us too. We will send you an email message with an aknowledgment that we've received your payment and that we are preparing your order for the mail. You will receive a second email message as soon as your product is in the mail and on the way. The message will describe the carrier service and the estimated date of arrival. Finally, you will receive a third email message that will be sent to you just prior to the estimated arrival date. This message will serve as a reminder that you should be on the "look out" for your box to soon arrive at your door.

What must I do if my order is late?

Orders in the contiguous US will usually arrive within 3-10 days from the shipping date. If your order arrives after this period, contact us as soon as possible.

In some cases, we require a returned signature receipt when the item to be delivered is a special order. Proof of a signed delivery receipt may also be required if the customer requested it for security reasons. If the item was delivered and nobody was home to sign for it, another delivery attempt will be made. If no one accepts the order again, the shipment may be returned to our location after the third attempt and there will be a delay in your order. You will be responsible for shipping costs on re-delivery, however, if no delivery was made due to a mistake from us or the delivery service, then you will not be responsible for shipping. You must report to us any undelivered order as soon as possible.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, try to refuse the delivery before the driver leaves. Then contact us immediately. If you accept the delivery and decide that you still want a refund for a damaged product, you must still contact us as soon as possible. Once we receive the returned product and have determined that it was no fault of yours, we will supply you with a refund or replacement.
